All very valid. My moment came after several years of WANTING a child, "trying" to get preggers, shots, tests, etc., hallelujah, going through a horrific birth, and taking baby home... day 7 - wanting to toss said baby out the window. WHAAAA? where did that come from, hub came home, TG, and I got through it. And over the first 5 years, a few more times of "AM I GOOD ENOUGH" -- yeah. Kid now an adult, we both made it. :-) I often wonder how my mom, of six kids, did it!! and kick myself for not asking before she died too young. SIIIIGH. Hang in there, Dad! It only gets better from here.
